MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading Luxury Beverages business on the search for a Head of International Sales (Europe) , based in London . This is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for driving growth across key European markets for a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury brands. Leading a small international team, you will be accountable for commercial strategy, distributor performance, new business development and long-term market expansion across Europe.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping international strategy, strengthening routes to market and accelerating growth across both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, whilst maintaining the premium brand equity that underpins the business's success. Key Requirements Develop and execute the commercial strategy across key European domestic markets Lead and develop international distributor partnerships, ensuring exceptional market execution Deliver sustainable growth whilst maintaining premium positioning and pricing integrity Manage, coach and develop a small international team across Europe Identify and secure new business opportunities across priority markets and channels Drive visibility and distribution within premium On-Trade and Off-Trade environments Partner closely with marketing, finance and supply chain teams to deliver commercial objectives Manage budgets, forecasting and performance against agreed growth targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer dynamics across Europe Represent the business regularly in market through international travel Qualifications & Experience Significant senior commercial experience within Wine & Spirits Background within Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Premium Spirits or other luxury drinks categories Demonstrated success delivering commercial growth across international markets Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and premium route-to-market strategy Established network of distributor, On-Trade and Off-Trade relationships across Europe Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and financial understanding Additional European language skills highly advantageous, particularly French Salary & Benefits Performance-related bonus London-based with regular European travel Apply now or contact Kieron Hall today for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
