What are we looking for?

Do I need to move?

Around half of our staff work remotely. We prefer applicants able to operate between US Pacific Time and Central European Time, though we have contractors outside that window. We hold in‑person staff retreats 2-4 times per year. Visa sponsorship may be available for those needing it.

What compensation can I expect to receive if hired?

Salary is determined by a formula considering prior experience, location, and comparable positions, aiming to minimize bias and promote transparency.
