:• Oversee complete HR & Administrative operations across multiple plants• Manage government liaisoning, statutory compliance & legal coordination• Ensure smooth functioning of plant administration, security & facilities• Drive workforce discipline, policies, and operational efficiency• Coordinate with plant heads for seamless HR & admin execution
