Job Description :Identify potential and leads for payroll partnerships, both independently and in collaboration with the sales teamEstablish payroll partnerships with both existing and new clientsMaintain and monitor the portfolio of existing payroll companies, while identifying business opportunities for cross-sellingImprove the customer base within the assigned work area, along with the range of products per customer, as well as the quality of work that impacts customer satisfactionCoordinate with the Relationship Manager (RM) to organize events aimed at increasing sales and cross-selling (funding and lending products)Together with the Relationship Manager (RM), conduct outreach to all potential segments/corporations and ensure the establishment of business partnerships Job Requirements :Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales professional handling corporate/company clientsStrong sales drive and proactive in initiating new ideas to develop payroll business potential within their portfolioGood communication skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate with other units, departments, and divisionsStrong presentation and negotiation skills when dealing directly with the person-in-charge (PIC) or key decision-makers from corporate clientsProficient in basic Microsoft Office Directorates :Branch Network PT.
