We are looking for a Guided Virtual Tour Specialist in Melbourne, FL to create and deliver outstanding customer experiences in the automotive industry.
Hours of Operation
Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Full Time – 40 hours a week)
What You’ll Be Doing
Guided Virtual Tour Specialists conduct outbound sessions via phone or video with automotive clients to provide a personalized onboarding experience, enhancing customers’ knowledge of their new vehicle.
Typical Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional client experience by confidently explaining vehicle features, benefits and all-new elements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product knowledge after extensive training.
- Initiate communication with customers upon receiving their details and preferred contact method.
- Conduct the personal onboarding experience session via phone or video.
- Listen actively and adjust the interaction in a casual, conversational manner.
- Inform customers they will receive a survey for feedback.
- Document and record notable customer comments and provide feedback to the USCX team.
- Assist Percepta leadership and the CX Team in managing program execution and reporting metrics.
- Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to provide status updates and improvement ideas.
- Provide call routing to CRC representatives when service or safety concerns arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or a combination thereof.
- 1-3 years of experience in an in‑person or retail customer relation role and/or luxury brand experience preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry and cutting‑edge technology.
