The RoleThe Guest Experience Associate ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You'll manage the front-of-house experience, handle reservations, and support the seamless daily operations of the studio.What You'll Do:Greet and assist guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impressionManage reservations, scheduling, and membership inquiriesHandle front desk operations with professionalism and efficiencyGuide guests through our facilities and service offeringsRespond to inquiries and resolve concerns with careSupport studio operations and maintain a polished, inviting environmentCollaborate with the team to continuously elevate the guest experience

QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience or skills in Guest Experience and Receptionist DutiesProficiency in managing Reservations and scheduling systemsAbility to deliver personalized service with attention to detailPositive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaborativelyProfessional demeanor and time management skillsFluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English preferred

Nice to Have:Background in hospitality, spa, fitness, or premium retailPersonal interest in wellness, fitness, or recovery practicesExperience with booking platforms or POS systems
