We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Thumbnail Designer) to create visually striking thumbnails for short and long-form YouTube content. This is a remote, contract/freelance role with an immediate start. This role is for YouTube Channel: Torq4712 ( 410k + Subscribers, 86,594,339 views) Requirements — Must-Have Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva Minimum 2+ years of graphic design experience Solid understanding of the type of content we create Previous experience working with a content creator Strong communication skills Good understanding of AI tools in design (e.g. generative fill, background remover) Excellent time management and punctuality Strong command of the English language Must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate-level program Nice-to-Have Knowledge of click-through optimization and thumbnail psychology Ability to pitch multiple thumbnail variations and adapt to feedback quickly Proficiency with AI-powered design features such as generative fill, background removal, and AI image extension (within Photoshop and Canva) Experience using AI image generators (e.g.

Leonardo.AI, Ideogram) for concept visuals and bold text-driven thumbnails Familiarity with all-in-one AI thumbnail tools like CapCut for fast turnaround Working knowledge of thumbnail A/B testing tools (e.g. TubeBuddy, VidIQ) to optimize click-through rate What You'll Do Design visually striking thumbnails for short and long-form YouTube videos Come up with attractive, clickable titles that complement the thumbnail Maintain visual consistency with the brand Collaborate with the team and deliver assets on time Be proactive in understanding our style Compensation ₹4,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on scope and output.
