Graphic Designer – Print & Packaging Specialist 5–10 Years | Cosmetics / FMCG Industry | Rohini, Delhi About the Role We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Packaging Design, Print Media Development, Label Artwork Management, and Vendor Coordination for cosmetic, skin care, hair care, and personal care products. The role will primarily focus on packaging and print media while also supporting digital marketing creatives. Key Responsibilities Print & Packaging (Major KRA) Design product labels, stickers, cartons, mono cartons, tubes, bottles, pouches, and packaging materials.

Develop print-ready artworks and packaging designs for manufacturing products. Verify, review, and approve packaging artworks before printing. Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and agencies for execution and approvals.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, printing standards, and packaging specifications. Manage catalogues, brochures, standees, leaflets, and other print media requirements. Digital & Creative Support Design social media creatives, website banners, and marketing collaterals.

Create e-commerce creatives, product carousels, A+ content, and marketplace listings. Develop product videos, reels, and promotional creatives. Utilize AI tools to enhance creative output and productivity.

Required Skills Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Corel DRAW Canva AI Tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Chat GPT, etc.) Strong knowledge of packaging development and printing processes. Candidate Profile ✔ 5–10 years of experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, Manufacturing, or Pharma Industry. ✔ Strong expertise in Packaging Design, Label Verification, Print Media, and Vendor Coordination. ✔ Experience handling packaging approvals and print production. ✔ Candidates residing North Delhi will be preferred.
