Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers can also apply) Location: Chennai (On-site) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital trends. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping visual communication across social media, digital campaigns, and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Design Execution Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns Create visually engaging posts, banners, carousels, and brand creatives Translate concepts and briefs into impactful visual designs 2. Branding & Visual Identity Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and overall visual identity Contribute to brand-building exercises including logo design, brand kits, and marketing collaterals Work on rebranding or visual revamp projects when required 3.
Campaign & Performance Creatives Design creatives optimized for performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Understand audience behavior and create designs that drive engagement and conversions Collaborate with the performance marketing team to iterate creatives based on data insights 4. Collaboration & Ideation Work closely with content writers, video editors, and marketing teams Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, shoots, and brand strategies Take feedback constructively and deliver iterations quickly 5. Trend Awareness & Innovation Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats Experiment with new styles, layouts, and creative approaches Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance brand presence Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy) Ability to create both static and basic motion/animated creatives Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects Strong attention to detail and creative thinking Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is mandatory Include social media creatives, branding projects, ad creatives, or any relevant work Good to Have Basic knowledge of motion graphics or tools like After Effects Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain Opportunity to work on diverse brands and industries Exposure to high-performing digital campaigns A fast-paced, collaborative, and creative work environment Continuous learning and growth opportunities
