Graphic Designer & Brand Creative

The New Ways B.V. is a 25-year-old international company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with offices and manufacturing operations in India. Our brand, G-Rollz, is sold in markets across Europe, the USA, and other international regions. We are passionate about creativity, innovation, and building unique consumer brands that stand out globally.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Graphic Designer & Brand Creative based in India who can combine strong design skills with brand storytelling. This is an excellent opportunity to work on international brands, create products for global markets, and grow within a fast-moving creative company. Key Responsibilities Create product packaging, labels, merchandising, and marketing designs.

Develop brand identities, visual concepts, and creative campaigns. Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, banners, and marketplace assets. Create social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Work closely with the marketing and product development teams. Research global design trends and bring fresh ideas to the brand. Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.

Support international projects and adapt designs for different markets. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design from NIFT, NID, or a similar reputed institute. 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

Experience in packaging design and consumer products is preferred. Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store creation is an advantage. Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and branding.

Creative thinker with attention to detail. Good English communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally to Amsterdam or other international locations if required.
