We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations of a new high-performing restaurant and bar within our portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overall operational performance, team development, guest experience, and financial results. The General Manager will set the tone for service excellence, drive accountability across all departments, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Strong operational leadership with a focus on service standards and guest satisfaction

• Expertise in bar operations and beverage program management
