Buenavista is a vibrant, Latin-inspired restaurant and bar known for elevated cuisine, world-class cocktails, and an energetic dining atmosphere. As we continue to grow across Manhattan, we are seeking a Hospitality Manager to support daily operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

COMPENSATION$62,500 – $75,000 base salary
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Schedule:
45–50 hours per week (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong presence on the floor
Deliver and uphold high-level hospitality standards across every guest interaction
Support hiring, training, and development of service staff
Assist in creating efficient schedules and maintaining proper staffing levels
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Monitor service flow, table management, and guest experience in real time
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room presentation
Support inventory awareness and operational organization
Drive team accountability, energy, and consistency during service
Minimum 1 year of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong passion for guest experience and hospitality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
Hands-on mentality—willing to jump in wherever needed
Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High-energy, cocktail and wine-driven dining experience
