General Manager Architect

Design Leadership: Conceptualize and drive innovative designs for projects (e.g., hospitality, business parks, townships) to meet market trends and business objectives.Project Management: Oversee all architectural aspects, including facade engineering, interior design, and landscaping, ensuring adherence to quality, functionality, and budget.Consultant & Vendor Management: Identify, engage, and manage external architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality construction.Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local municipal regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards (e.g., IGBC/LEED).Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments like construction, marketing, and operations to align design with business needs.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide internal teams of architects and designers to foster a high-performance work environment.Value Engineering: Apply cost optimization and innovative materials to improve ROI. +3Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 15-20+ years in architectural design and project management, particularly within the construction or real estate sector.Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
