Our ability to remain a responsive resource to our customers and partner companies has allowed us to earn their trust and build positive relationships through performance.Summary/Objective: The position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.Essential Functions:Escort maintenance personnel throughout NAVOCEANO restricted areas requiring SECRET clearance.Set up, stage, and break down equipment for retirements, promotions, and change‑of‑command ceremonies.Maintain ceremonial grounds before, during, and after special events.Assemble, install, and relocate modular office furniture (Herman Miller, Kimball, Paoli, Steelcase).Install whiteboards, clocks, tack boards, and other wall‑mounted equipment.Perform lawn and grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, plant care, pest control, and pressure washing.Manage warehouse inventory for tools, safety supplies, modular furniture, and lawn equipment.Operate forklifts up to 30,000 lbs (Government‑provided training and licensing).Support pre‑ and post‑hurricane facility cleanup and minor repairs.Prepare and place signage for VIP visits and special events.Use email, databases, and technical manuals to track and complete work orders.Coordinate with departments to plan and execute job requests and special events.Follow all Quality Control procedures and support Government Quality Assurance inspections.RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain SECRET ClearanceLOGZONE is an equal opportunity employer.
