We're starting with EV charging infrastructure, building systems that combine real-time communication, autonomous decision-making, and intelligent synchronization across cloud and edge environments. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy distributed systems, infrastructure, networking, and solving real-world reliability challenges. What You'll Work On Design and build user-facing dashboards for Fluxton's cloud and edge platforms Develop interfaces for EV charging operators, administrators, and internal teams Build real-time dashboards for charger status, charging sessions, payments, alerts, and system health Work with backend APIs, GraphQL/REST services, WebSockets, and real-time data streams Create responsive, accessible, and reliable web interfaces Build reusable UI components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, and product teams to design workflows Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and usability Participate in product design, technical discussions, and user experience improvements Requirements We're looking for early-career frontend engineers who are excited about building products from the ground up.

Must Have Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript Experience with React, Vue, Nuxt, or similar frontend frameworks Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs Understanding of state management and component-based architecture Familiarity with real-time interfaces using WebSockets or similar technologies Ability to build clean, maintainable, and user-friendly interfaces Experience using Git in collaborative workflows Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Nice to Have Experience building dashboards or admin panels Experience with data visualization, charts, maps, or monitoring interfaces Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks Experience with authentication flows and role-based access control Understanding of frontend performance optimization Interest in EV charging, infrastructure, IoT, or energy systems Tech Stack JavaScript • TypeScript • React • Vue/Nuxt • Tailwind CSS • GraphQL • REST APIs • WebSockets • PostgreSQL • AWS Compensation & Benefits ₹5–7 LPA salary 0.25–0.5% ESOPs (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) Hybrid work model Direct collaboration with the founding team Opportunity to contribute across product design, implementation, and platform development from an early stage Location Bengaluru, India Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
