We’re hiring a Freelance Copywriter who thinks like a growth marketer, someone who can break down what works, rebuild it into sharper scripts, and scale winning ideas across formats and audiences.

What You’ll Do ✍️

• Write hooks that make people stop scrolling within the first 2 seconds ⏳
• Create 15–45 sec scripts with a clear flow: attention → interest → action
• Take one idea and spin it into multiple angles, emotional, funny, dramatic, curiosity-led
• Write across formats: UGC-style, talking head, voiceover, meme/clip-based
• Make scripts feel real and relatable
• Obsess over performance, watch time, hook rate, holds
• Iterate fast: test, learn, tweak, repeat ⚡
