About the TeamBuilding the memory and context infrastructure layer for AI agents - and India is a critical market for growth. The Indian AI engineering ecosystem is one of the most active in the world, and the founding GTM hire for India will define how the company enters and scales in that market. This is not a traditional sales or campaign execution role.

It is a market-building role at the intersection of technical credibility and commercial instinct.

About the RoleAs the Founding GTM hire in India, you will own developer outreach, community building, and early commercial pipeline in the Indian market. You will be the first GTM person on the ground which means you define the playbook before you execute it. You will build the developer community, drive outreach to AI engineers and CTOs, and own the full pipeline from first touch through activation and early revenue.

You will work closely with the global GTM team to align strategy and share learnings across markets.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow the developer community in India online and through in-person eventsDrive outreach to AI engineers, ML practitioners, and CTOs at AI-first startups and enterprisesOwn the India pipeline from first touch through activation and early commercial relationshipsIdentify and develop strategic partnerships with AI labs, developer platforms, and relevant ecosystems in IndiaWork closely with the global GTM team to align messaging, strategy, and learnings across marketsRepresent the company at key developer events, meetups, and conferences in India

What we are looking for?2+ years in developer-facing GTM, developer relations, community building, or technical salesDeeply networked in the Indian AI, ML, and engineering ecosystem you know the builders and decision-makersBuilder mentality: you generate pipeline and community from scratch, not just manage existing programsData-driven: you track what works, iterate quickly, and know when to double down or change directionComfortable being the first and only GTM person in market you create structure before executing against itPrior experience as the founding GTM or developer relations hire at an early-stage developer tools or infrastructure companyExisting relationships with AI labs, accelerators, or technical communities in IndiaBackground spanning community, content, and commercial strategyFamiliarity with the AI agent ecosystem, frameworks, and real-world LLM use cases
