Requires an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy. Full Driving License. Must live in Ireland and hold a valid work permit Role Overview 2HQ Consulting Engineers are a civil & structural consulting engineering practice with a varied and exciting portfolio of work.

We are looking for a Construction Professional with experience in investigation of building and other construction related defects, to join our team based in our office in North Dublin. This role would suit an engineer, building surveyor, architectural technician or experienced construction professional. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and work closely with the senior management of 2HQ.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Carrying out inspections. Preparation of reports. Preparation of remediation works proposals.

Tendering procurement and project management of remediation schemes. Providing professional advice to the insurance and legal sectors. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Implementation of 2HQ quality management procedures. About You Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and communication skills.

Flexible approach with ability to be able to multi-task and prioritise when necessary. Positive outlook and approachable manner. Proactive and motivated self-starter.
