Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Services Associate to support an established advisor practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.
You will play a key role in supporting both the operational and client service aspects of the practice, helping to ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client service support, including handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation processing
- Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communications
- Coordinate and manage operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments including Operations and Compliance
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
- Previous experience in financial services or a related field is a plus, but not required
Licensing (Preferred but not always required)
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire

Salary Range $45,000 - $65,000 a year
