In this role, you will be crucial in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the TPA Solution business segment. Partner with business leaders to build planning models, analyze revenue streams, and monitor financial performance while identifying risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes • Analyze revenue streams for forecast accuracy • Perform variance analysis to identify root causes • Provide management reporting insights into financial performance • Validate sales compensation calculations accurately

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field • 1-3 years in financial planning & analysis • CPA designation completed or in progress • Strong Excel proficiency and exposure to BI tools • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
