Duration: 4 Months Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Job Description: • We are seeking a Service Officer for a leading client in Toronto, ON, to support back-office operations. • This role focuses on managing email-based workflows and processing non-financial transactions involving sensitive client data with accuracy and compliance. • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and consistently meet service level agreements within defined timelines. Responsibilities: • Manage daily email communications and process transactions efficiently • Review, verify, and input data accurately across multiple internal systems • Audit and approve source documents such as reports, forms, and records • Identify and correct data entry discrepancies submitted by internal teams • Ensure compliance with SLAs (24–48 hours turnaround) • Maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work • Handle highly sensitive client information with confidentiality and accuracy • Participate in daily team huddles and contribute to team efficiency • Provide basic mentorship and feedback support when required Experience: • 4+ years of financial or banking experience (mandatory) • Experience in back-office or data processing roles preferred • Strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail • Exposure to handling confidential client data Skillsets: • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools – Excel, Word, Outlook • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Quick learner with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset • Nice to have: Advanced Excel skills (Macros) Education: University degree required Additional Qualifications: • Professional attitude with a focus on quality and compliance • Ability to handle workload fluctuations and meet deadlines • Non-job hoppers (stable work history preferred) About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
