Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance management, MIS reporting, FP&A activities, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong regulatory knowledge, ERP exposure, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Manage financial compliance related to Gift City, Income Tax, GST, RBI, FEMA, ROC, and SEZ regulations.
Handle financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Work closely with leadership teams on financial insights and strategic decision-making. Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools for operational efficiency and reporting automation. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and financial controls. Required Skills Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks including Gift City, GST, FEMA, RBI, ROC, Income Tax, and SEZ regulations. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities. Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms for finance operations and reporting. Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident communication and presentation abilities while interacting with leadership and clients. Preferred Qualifications CA / MBA Finance / CMA or equivalent qualification. Experience in managing finance operations within fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
