ABOUT THE JOB The Finance Manager – Enterprise Performance will be a key partner to Senior Leadership, responsible for driving enterprise‑wide performance visibility, planning, and decision support.
This role combines financial rigor with business insight, requiring a leader who can translate data into clear actions and influence outcomes across the organization. As a trusted right‑hand partner, this individual will operate across Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A), Commercial Finance and Accounting, bringing structure to ambiguity and elevating how the business measures and drives performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Performance Management and Transformation Act as a right‑hand partner to the VP of Finance, supporting key priorities and special projects Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with Accounting, Regional Sales leadership, and Commercial teams Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights, and executive‑level narratives Identify key drivers, risks, opportunities, and partner with leadership to drive outcomes Partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between financial performance and operational execution Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reporting speed, and decision‑making effectiveness Identify and address process breakdowns that create time, cost, or resource leakage across the organization Planning & Forecasting Lead the 12‑month rolling forecasting and long‑range planning processes across all channels and departments Ensure strategic priorities are fully aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and translated into the financial plan Build and maintain robust, scalable planning models and assumption frameworks Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning discipline Strategic Decision Support Partner cross‑functionally to support enterprise initiatives, resource allocation, and investment decisions Deliver scenario modeling and forward‑looking insights to guide decision‑making Lead and manage a team of 2 analysts, setting clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for results Coach and develop team members to strengthen both technical expertise and business partnership capabilities Elevate team performance by instilling a culture of ownership, rigor, and continuous development Ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables across planning, reporting, and analysis Build bench strength through active talent development, succession planning, and performance management Foster strong collaboration within Finance and across cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution AM I THE RIGHT FIT?
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in CPG, beverage alcohol, or other inventory‑related field Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve processes and automate workflows—you can clearly articulate the opportunities AI presents and have concrete wins to show for it. Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly for non‑financial audiences.
You move comfortably between the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows and understand how they interact. Strong data analysis capabilities required, including advanced Excel skills (knowledge of data formatting and formulas, filters, pivot tables, macros, etc.). Requires ability to work independently with minimal guidance, to lead projects and ensure successful completion from start to finish.
Possess a demonstrated ability to manage large datasets, interact with business intelligence systems and data visualization platforms such as Power BI. Strong analytical, decision making, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence platforms Highly motivated, results oriented individual who excels in dynamic environment.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisions. Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals. Excellent time management, project planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences, and producing high‑quality deliverables to drive business decisions. Target salary: $139,000– $150,000 per year (final offer based on experience).
