About the job Finance Executive (2-4 Years Experience) Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and ready to join immediately in a full-time, on-site capacity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions Handle daily bookkeeping and data entry Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports Assist with audits and tax filings Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Collaborate with senior accountants and cross-functional teams as needed Required AP/AR, audit and reconciliation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar) Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Good communication and organizational skills Must be based in Gurgaon and available to join immediately Requirements added by the job poster • 2-4 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing
