Job Title Finance Customer Service Representative Location Liverpool, Hybrid Salary £26,938 - £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance‑related bonus per annum, once established within your role. Working Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:30, 1 in 3 Saturday 09:00‑17:30. Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in the office (you may come in more frequently if you wish) and rotating shift patterns to support work‑life balance.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our thriving inbound contact centre, specialising in insurance.
Responsibilities Drive and meet daily targets and KPIs, with the potential to increase salary as you grow. Deliver high‑quality service, consistently meeting our quality standards. Turn complaints into opportunities by handling difficult situations with patience, empathy and problem‑solving skills.
Process policy queries and changes, acting as the expert for customers. Provide VIP service to every customer, going above and beyond to enhance the experience. Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
Qualifications Motivation and drive to provide exceptional service and continuously improve. Strong communication skills across phone and webchat, explaining things clearly and making customers feel heard and valued. Empathy and patience, especially for customers who need extra care.
