An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Credit Controller to join a successful and fast-paced business based on the outskirts of Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their finance career - whether you're a recent graduate, have 1-2 years' finance experience, or are looking to build a long-term career in Credit Control. Joining a supportive and collaborative finance team, you'll receive full training and development while gaining hands‑on experience in a busy finance environment.

Key Responsibilities Supporting the management of customer accounts and outstanding payments Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email in a professional manner Building positive relationships with customers and helping resolve account queries Allocating cash and assisting with account reconciliations Producing aged debt reports and supporting the wider finance team Assisting with month‑end finance processes Key Requirements Interest in pursuing a career within Credit Control or Finance Graduate calibre or 1-2 years' experience within an office or finance environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and organisational ability Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team In Return You Will Receive a salary of £27,000 + bonus Benefit from hybrid working (3 days office / 2 from home) Join a supportive and collaborative team environment Receive training and development opportunities Gain valuable experience within a growing business Work in a positive and professional environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
