Executive Chef
Sitio Hotel
Sitio Hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across the property, driving quality, consistency, and innovation in every dining experience. This role oversees restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and in-room dining, and works closely with the Food & Beverage Director to shape a cohesive, guest-driven culinary program.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution
- Develop and execute seasonal menus aligned with the hotel’s concept, local ingredients, and guest expectations
- Drive menu engineering and cost controls to meet food cost and profitability targets
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage and mentor a large culinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth
- Execute banquet and catering programs for events, weddings, and conferences
- Partner with Sales & Marketing and F&B leadership to enhance programming and revenue
- Maintain strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef or senior leadership experience in a high-volume hotel, resort, or restaurant
- Strong financial acumen (food cost, labor, purchasing)
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Passion for seasonal cooking, thoughtful sourcing, and modern hospitality
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Delivering exceptional culinary experiences across all outlets
- Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Achieving financial targets for food and labor costs
- Supporting events and banquets with strong, consistent execution
- Representing Sitio Hotel within the local culinary and hospitality community
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Full-time, leadership role across multiple outlets
- ~55-hour work week; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
