Job Summary
Prime 115 is seeking a passionate, experienced, and leadership-driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Waxahachie, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in high-volume, upscale dining and a proven track record of culinary excellence and kitchen management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
Menu Development: Design and execute creative menus including seasonal specials.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a professional kitchen culture.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage food sourcing and labor costs to maintain profitability.
Work Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week.
Experience: 6+ years in a similar Executive or Senior Sous Chef role.
Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
