Executive - Artwork Development

Experience: 1-3 YearsLocation: Mumbai Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Artwork Development Executive responsible for creating, modifying, and managing packaging artworks in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and print specifications. Key Responsibilities:Develop and adapt packaging artworks for labels, cartons, and flexible packagingEnsure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and Printers)Review and proof artworks for accuracy (content, color, layout, legal text)Manage artwork version control and approvalsWork on amendments, language adaptations, and market-specific changesLiaise with print vendors to ensure artwork feasibility and print readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in artwork development/packaging designGood with communicationUnderstanding of printing processes (flexo, gravure, offset)Knowledge of packaging materials and artwork specificationsStrong attention to detail and proofreading skillsAbility to manage multiple projects.
