Executive Affairs & Strategic Finance Manager
Reporting to the Group CEO
Location: Remote, India
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join the Office of the Group CEO as an Executive Affairs & Strategic Finance Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong financial, business, and stakeholder management capabilities to work directly with the Group CEO in driving strategic initiatives, managing executive affairs, and coordinating high-level engagements with investors, government authorities, regulators, political stakeholders, and senior business leaders.
The role is ideally suited for candidates from professional services, consulting, audit, corporate finance, investment, or advisory backgrounds who are looking to transition into a strategic leadership environment with direct exposure to executive decision-making and corporate growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Affairs & CEO Office
* Support the Group CEO in managing strategic priorities, business initiatives, and executive projects.
* Attend executive meetings, prepare comprehensive minutes, and monitor action items through to completion.
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units and ensure timely execution.
* Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, correspondence, and decision-support materials.
* Assist in the management of executive schedules, priorities, and critical stakeholder engagements.
Strategic Finance & Business Support
* Analyse financial, operational, and commercial data to support executive decision-making.
* Assist in preparing investment proposals, business cases, board papers, and strategic reports.
* Conduct market, financial, and business research to identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
* Monitor strategic projects and provide regular progress updates and performance insights to the Group CEO.
* Support financial planning, evaluation of new ventures, and strategic business assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Serve as a key liaison between the Group CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
* Coordinate engagements involving investors, government agencies, regulators, political representatives, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
* Facilitate communication, follow-up actions, and stakeholder relationship management to ensure effective collaboration and outcomes.
* Support the Group CEO during high-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
Governance, Compliance & Confidentiality
* Handle highly confidential corporate, financial, and strategic information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records of executive decisions, communications, and strategic initiatives.
* Ensure governance standards, compliance requirements, and corporate protocols are consistently maintained.
* Support the preparation and management of board and executive-level documentation.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Experience within a Big Four firm, corporate finance, consulting, investment, audit, advisory, or a comparable professional environment.
* Strong financial, commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Exceptional organisational, project management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
* The confidence and professionalism to engage with senior executives, investors, government officials, and business leaders.
* High attention to detail, sound judgement, and absolute discretion.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes and manage competing priorities.
