EUC Intune Lead

About Position:

The End User Computing (EUC) Service Delivery / Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace and EUC services across the enterprise. The role ensures a secure, stable, simple, and scalable end-user experience by leading EUC operations, managing service providers, and partnering with business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end service delivery for EUC services including devices, Modern Workplace platforms, user provisioning, endpoint security, and compliance.
• Act as EUC Service Owner with accountability for availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Define, track, and improve SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Manage internal teams and third-party service providers.
• Oversee migrations, device refresh, Autopilot/Intune operations, and post-migration support.
• Champion user experience, adoption, and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in EUC / Modern Workplace service delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Windows OS lifecycle, and endpoint security.
• Solid ITIL / ITSM service management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience leading global EUC transformations.
• Budget and vendor management exposure.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
