Esthetician Instructor (2 years Esthetician license required)

COLLECTIV ACADEMY Esthetics Instructor

SUMMARY:

Implement the COLLECTIV ACADEMY curriculum. Provide guidance and academic support to students to facilitate course completion. Maintain a high student retention rate based on organizational and regulatory expectations.

Evaluate and answer student inquiries and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve issues. Deliver the COLLECTIV Experience to all Academy students with a commitment to student success and overall positive educational experience at the Academy. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

_ General: _

Teach one or more subjects within subject of expertise/training.

Demonstrate upbeat, professional conduct towards students, co-workers, and school patrons at all times.

Begin class on time; maintain punctual arrival 15 minutes prior to start of class to ensure absolute preparedness.

Ensure that students and clients receive the COLLECTIV Experience in all dealings with school personnel.

Comply with all Academy dress code and company policies at all times.

Support the school Administration and Director as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

_ Preferred Minimum Requirements: _

State Esthetician License

Two years' experience as an esthetician, esthetician training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Esthetician School experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
