Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on ERP & Systems Specialist (2–4 years of experience) to support our Digital Transformation function.

This is a highly practical, execution-focused role, where you will work directly with systems, tools and processes.

You will not only coordinate projects — you will actively configure, implement and improve systems used across the business.

The role is ideal for someone with experience in ERP environments (Business Central or similar) and comfortable working in dynamic, mid-sized companies.

Please note: this is not a pure consulting, finance or data analytics role. We are looking for a profile focused on systems, operations and implementation.

You will work closely with the Director of Digital Transformation and play a key role in improving and scaling our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support and maintain ERP systems (Business Central or similar)
• Support day-to-day system operations and troubleshoot issues
• Implement improvements directly in systems and tools
• Support system integrations and data flows across platforms
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Identify automation opportunities (Power Automate, workflows, etc.)
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners
• Support testing (UAT), validation and system rollouts
• Document processes and support system governance

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in systems, ERP, IT or similar roles
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Business Central, Navision, Sage, NetSuite or similar)
• Experience configuring, implementing or managing systems directly (not only participating in projects)
• Experience working in small or mid-sized companies or dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute
• Ability to bridge business needs and system solutions
• Highly organized, proactive and structured
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Platform, Dynamics)
• Experience in hospitality or real estate environments
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or data flows
• Experience supporting finance systems
• Interest in automation, AI and emerging technologies

Important Note

We are not looking for a purely consultative profile or someone focused only on project tracking.

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented profile comfortable working directly with systems and tools.

Madrid office

Monday to Thursday: in-office

Friday: remote
