Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/ Employee Engagement Associate to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and people centric. You would be an excellent fit for the role if you are someone who is bright, positive, able to adapt and take on new challenges, and have a desire to be a culture builder at the heart of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings with various levels of stakeholders across business needs, and handling correspondenceHandle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-upsAssist in organising and coordinating employee engagement events for the whole office, planning birthday celebrations, team bonding activities, and supporting any other employee needsMaintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficientInput and maintain accurate business records in databases and spreadsheetsProvide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptlyArrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO if needed
Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/ HR or support role, preferably in the F&B/ hospitality/ retail industryDiploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is advantageousStrong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyExcellent time-management abilities to prioritise work and meet deadlines consistentlySuperior communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create, edit, and manage documents and presentationsPositive, proactive, and energetic demeanor with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challengesHands-on approach with a focus on achieving results and driving projects to completionHigh level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentialityMeticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and build strong working relationships.
