Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Emergency Room DirectorLocation: Las Cruces, NM, USA (88011)Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + relocation assistance up to $10K
Job SummaryLead and oversee all Emergency Room operations, including staff management, policy development, quality initiatives, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily ER operations and clinical performanceRecruit, mentor, and manage ER staffDevelop and enforce policies and proceduresManage department budget, productivity, and quality outcomesDrive process improvements and patient throughput initiativesEnsure regulatory and accreditation compliance
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)Current or eligible New Mexico RN license7+ years of healthcare experience with 3+ years in leadershipStrong experience in team building and quality improvementExperience in for-profit hospital settings preferred
CertificationsBLS, ACLS, PALS requiredTNCC (within 6 months of hire)
