Electrical Project Manager

Job Description Job Description Hadley Energy Solutions is a growing family owned and operated commercial and industrial electrical contractor located in Louisville, KY. We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to join the team. We are looking for someone that is ambitious and wants to join a team that is looking to grow in the market.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years Project managing experience with a commercial electrical contractor. You must have experience with either management software. Must be meticulous, organized and thorough.

The estimator is required to be able to fully manage a project from pre bid walk through to substantial completion. The Project Manager is required to maintain a good working relationship with all employees, customers, and contractors. Update costs as necessary based on new information and project scope changes. Collect and analyze all project costs, including material, labor, equipment, and tooling to ensure estimates are accurate. Identify and quantify potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs.

Additional duties as assigned. Have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment. Accurately track and submit change orders WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, primarily in the electrical field.

Electrical Experience in Construction Management, Architecture, engineering, or equivalent trade experience. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, contractors, and other business partners. Experience using Excel, Word, and with project manager software.

Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively with a proven track record of success in a busy, deadline-oriented environment. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Salary offered will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
