EDP Engineer

Job Title: EDP Engineer (Electronic Data Processing)Experience: 3-5 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction Location: Nanakramguda, HyderabadJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EDP Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, data systems, and user support functions. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and ERP systems to support day-to-day business activities across corporate and project sites.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking devicesEnsure proper functioning of ERP systems (e.g., Tally) and other business applicationsHandle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systemsMonitor system performance and ensure data security, backup, and recovery processesProvide technical support to employees across corporate office and project sitesManage user access, email configurations, and system permissionsCoordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and issue resolutionMaintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentationEnsure network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) across all locationsSupport implementation of HRMS tools (e.g., Keka) and other digital systemsEnsure compliance with IT policies and data protection standardsRequired Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshootingHands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic server managementWorking knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Tally)Understanding of data backup, security, and antivirus systemsGood problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple locations/sites supportGood communication and coordination skillsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related fieldRelevant certifications (CCNA / Hardware & Networking / Microsoft certifications) are an added advantagePreferred Experience:Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is preferredExposure to site-level IT support and coordination
