E-Commerce Marketplace Accounts / Finance Specialist We're Hiring: Accounts & Finance Specialist | 3–5 Years | Hyderabad We're building our finance function for a fast-growing online channel across all major domestic E-commerce marketplace platforms and we need someone who has actually done E-Commerce marketplace settlement reconciliation, not just general bookkeeping. This is not a routine accounts role. You'll be the financial control layer between what marketplaces pay, what the brand charges, and what the business actually earns.

What you'll own: Settlement reconciliation across all E-Commerce platforms, raising disputes and follow up till closure Claims management - recovering what's owed on damaged, lost, or short-paid orders Monthly P&L, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation Process and verify Brand purchase invoices against POs Cash flow and working capital monitoring What we're looking for: 3–5 years in accounts/finance, with at least 2 years of hands-on "E-Commerce marketplace" settlement reconciliation experience ( this is mandatory & non negotiable) Strong with Tally / Focus and Excel Detail-obsessed — you investigate a ₹100 discrepancy, you don't round it off Comfortable owning the complete financial rhythm of a growing business If you've ever caught an E-Commerce marketplace overcharging on commission and gotten it reversed, we want to talk to you.
