Role Summary
Director of Revenue Management, Price Architecture – responsible for building and executing the brand & pack price architecture across the portfolio, collaborating with regional and channel teams to align strategy with revenue goals, and tracking top‑line growth in line with the annual revenue strategy. Salary: $157,440 - $186,960, bonus and long-term incentive eligible.
Responsibilities
- Create clear relative brand & pack price architecture guidelines for the total portfolio.
- Identify price index strategies and benchmark internal and external pricing recommendations.
- Deliver a price‑increase plan aligned with the revenue strategy to drive topline growth.
- Collaborate with technology and solutions teams to enhance current processes and provide tools for planning.
- Identify and cascade best practices between regions to enable the strategy.
- Conduct training with regional teams and management on tool utilization and performance monitoring.
- Work cross‑functionally with commercial intelligence, regional RMSI teams, channel teams, and regional sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – preference for Economics, Business, or Finance.
- Ability to create a compelling narrative that motivates stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience handling tight deadlines and performance expectations.
- Ability to connect disparate commercial performance targets and understand their implications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with syndicated data or previous work in a commercial organization within a CPG company.
- Beer industry experience.
