Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations, financial management, and tenant relations of a multi-property portfolio.
• Oversee and manage a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal accounting and operations teams to align on reporting, forecasting, and performance goals.
• Maintain strong on-site presence at both tenant offices and company headquarters.
