About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned procurement leader to head end-to-end Indirect Procurement operations from India, supporting global category strategies and driving high-impact sourcing initiatives. This role will act as a strategic extension of a global procurement organization, delivering value through strong vendor management, negotiations, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Category & Procurement ExecutionLead procurement across IT, Professional Services, Facilities, and OperationsDrive end-to-end RFPs, RFQs, and commercial negotiations for large-scale dealsPartner with global stakeholders to execute category strategiesDeliver cost optimization through market benchmarking and insights Contracting & Supplier ManagementManage contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and commercial agreementsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsEnsure supplier performance, compliance, and risk mitigation Operational Delivery (India Hub)Lead procurement operations from India with strong governance and execution rigorCollaborate with cross-functional teams: Legal, Finance, IT, ComplianceEnsure audit readiness and adherence to procurement policies Analytics & Financial InsightsUse financial modeling and analytics for decision-makingPresent business cases and procurement recommendations to leadershipTrack savings, supplier performance, and procurement metrics Leadership & TransformationLead and develop a high-performing procurement teamDrive digital adoption (e.g., Coupa) and process improvementsEnable transformation in procurement capabilities and operations

QualificationsRequired15+ years in procurement / sourcing / vendor managementStrong experience in global procurement and stakeholder managementExpertise in complex negotiations and contractingStrong analytical and communication skillsBachelors degree (engineering - B.E./B.Tech)
