Director of Operations – SFR Property Management

We’re a growing property management company looking for someone to run and improve the operational systems that keep the business moving.

This is a high-impact role working directly with the owner. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations and be responsible for building a more efficient, scalable organization.

What You’ll Own:

• Oversee and improve operational systems across maintenance, leasing, and daily workflows
• Manage vendors and the internal team to ensure work is completed on time and at the right cost
• Build and enforce processes that create consistency and accountability
• Track and manage key metrics (turn times, response times, costs, efficiency)
• Identify problems, implement solutions, and continuously improve operations
• Act as the operational right-hand to the owner

What This Role Is NOT:

• Not a hands‑on maintenance position
• Not a technical repair role
• Not a “wait for direction” job—you are expected to take ownership

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized and process‑driven
• Strong communicator who can manage people and vendors
• Comfortable with software and systems
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple moving parts
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through

Compensation:

• Base salary: $85,000–$95,000
• Performance‑based bonus + profit share tied to operational performance (target total compensation $120K+)
