Director of Care Clinical Leadership AgeCare

Take the lead at AgeCare as the Corporate Director of Care, driving high-quality, resident-centered services across the West region. Your clinical expertise will enhance compliance and operational effectiveness. In this full-time position located in Mississauga, Ontario, you will support homes facing leadership transitions while ensuring adherence to nursing best practices.

With a focus on mentorship and continuous improvement, you will partner with clinical teams to elevate resident safety and educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide interim Director of Care coverage as needed • Mentor clinical leaders in nursing standards • Monitor clinical quality through audits and assessments • Collaborate on policy and clinical program evaluation • Support regulatory compliance and accreditation activities Requirements: • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum five years in leadership roles within Long-Term Care • Experience in geriatric care and quality improvement • Advanced wound care knowledge preferred • Proven track record with compliance programs Lead impactful change within AgeCare and elevate care standards across communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
