MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading Out-of-Home (OOH) media organisation to recruit a Direct Sales Executive. Operating one of the most extensive advertising networks across Northern Ireland, the business delivers high-impact billboard, digital, and retail media solutions that enable brands to connect with audiences.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to join a well-established and stable organisation with a strong client base and a proven market presence. The successful candidate will take ownership of an existing client portfolio while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region.
Working closely with long-standing clients and internal delivery teams, this role offers a strong blend of account management and proactive sales activity within a structured and supportive environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and develop an established portfolio of advertising clients across Northern IrelandBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with direct advertisers and local businessesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, research, and referralsPrepare and deliver tailored advertising proposals across billboard, digital, and retail media formatsConduct client meetings and present commercially focused campaign solutionsPlan, book, and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns from brief through to deliveryLiaise with internal teams including operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign executionSupport campaign optimisation and identify opportunities to grow existing client spendEssential CriteriaMinimum of 1 year's experience in a sales, account management, or sales support roleProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver against commercial targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationshipsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently within a small, close-knit commercial teamProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general CRM systemsDesirable CriteriaExperience in B2B sales or account managementBackground in media, advertising, marketing, or related commercial industriesExperience managing client portfolios or recurring revenue accountsWhat's On OfferCompetitive base salary of £24,000 - £26,000Realistic annual commission of £8,000 - £10,000Hybrid working model23 days annual leave plus birthday day offCompany pension scheme Private healthcare Free on-site parking at Belfast office locationHow To ApplyTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Charlie Plant, Associate Specialist Consultant at MCS Group on .Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
