POP TOY SHOW (PTS) is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive (4 months Contract) to support our campaign ramp-up and event period. If you are a highly efficient content executor with the ability to adapt assets across multiple formats, confidently edit short-form video, and consistently manage daily posting and community engagement, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
Content production & adaptationAdapt master key visuals and collaterals into platform-ready assets across multiple sizes and formats (Facebook/Instagram Feed/Story, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Web banners, etc.)Support the creation, coordination, and adaptation of event collaterals whenever requiredCreate and edit short-form videos (CapCut or equivalent)Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, platform specs, and timelines Content management & publishingDevelop, create (text, images, videos) and schedule daily content, including reactive posts tied to trendsMaintain and execute a content calendar via Meta Business SuiteWrite engaging captions with strong CTAs (bilingual copy is a plus)Manage website content updates, ensuring timely uploads and maintenance as information becomes available. Perform routine audits to identify errors or broken pages and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
Community engagement & online reputationMonitor comments, messages and tags daily; respond promptly using approved tone-of voice and FAQsEscalate sensitive issues (complaints, misinformation, scams) to internal stakeholders when neededSupport community building and maintain positive brand sentiment Campaign support & optimizationSupport the development and execution of social strategies aligned with campaign objectivesTrack KPIs (reach, engagement, video views, CTR, shares/saves, follower growth) and provide weekly performance snapshotsRecommend improvements to content formats, cadence, captions, and creative variations based on insightsComfortable and effective in coordinating with external vendors, maintaining clear communication, professionalism and alignment with objectives.
Trend & platform insightsIdentify emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Post-campaign reportingCompile a post-campaign report summarizing performance vs objectivesShare learnings on top-performing content pillars and channel-by-channel insightsRecommend actionable improvements for future campaigns (organic + paid, where applicable)
Paid social supportAssist in managing paid social campaigns (boosting, creative variants, basic targeting setup, and reporting)
Job Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media and marketing (in-house or agency)Ability to read, speak, and understand Chinese is a plus because you will need to liaise with Chinese counterparty and POP MART HQ teamAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage extended hours leading up to the event, and respond quickly to last-minute changesStrong Canva skills + short-form video editing (CapCut or equivalent); Photoshop is a plusStrong understanding of social media formats including hooks, pacing, subtitles, safe zones, and platform specificationsSolid understanding of major social platforms and how content performsStrong writing and communication skillsCreative, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast turnaroundsAnalytical and able to translate metrics into practical next stepsTeam player who collaborates well across different functions
