Digital Customer Experience (CX) Consultant – Sitecore & Digital Optimization

We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Digital CX consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our clients within the tech industry.

You will be part of a global Digital Customer Experience team responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing online help centers and support portals visited by millions of users worldwide. You will be based at the office in North Bangalore, collaborating closely with internal development teams and stakeholders across the organization, including colleagues at the global headquarters in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Day-to-day maintenance and development of support sites across mobile and desktop
• Prepare, publish, and update support content and affiliated tools on the support sites
• Describe requested changes as user stories to enable back- and front-end development teams
• Support ongoing UX and SEO improvements by implementing updates and following guidelines
• Set up and validate website tracking, tags, and events to improve the customer journey
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance and user experience
• Configure and manage analytics tools to support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a global organization

Your Profile

• Solid experience with Sitecore CMS – senior level preferred
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Technical setup and management of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Strong mindset for site performance and optimization
• Technical SEO experience
• Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies
• Clear communicator in English, both written and verbal
