DevOps Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a leader in the retail and wellness industry. They will support a large-scale, cloud-based customer operations platform integrating contact center and workforce management technologies. As the environment continues to scale, this role will be critical in managing increased operational demand—ensuring system reliability, visibility, and performance through strong monitoring, alerting, and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities Build and maintain production dashboards : Platform health Call metrics (AHT, resolution, deflection) System performance Design and implement alerting frameworks : Threshold-based alerts Intelligent alerting tied to business KPIs Enable paging systems (PagerDuty, Opsgenie) for critical events Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments Implement: Security patches Vulnerability remediation System upgrades Create observability pipelines (logs, metrics, traces) Automate operational workflows and incident response REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5–8+ years in DevOps / SRE / platform engineering Strong AWS experience (especially Amazon Connect ecosystem) Hands-on with: Monitoring/observability tools Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) CI/CD pipelines Experience implementing: Alerting strategies Incident management workflows Knowledge of security best practices & patching lifecycle
