Job Title Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Finance Location - Mumbai, India About the Role We are hiring a strategic and results-driven finance leader to take on the role of DGM/GM – Finance. This position is critical in driving financial strategy, enabling project execution, and ensuring strong governance across treasury, compliance, and risk management functions. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end project finance strategy , including funding, restructuring, and cost optimization Head treasury operations , ensuring effective liquidity and working capital management Oversee cash flow planning and financial forecasting to support business decisions Ensure complete compliance with financial and regulatory requirements Provide leadership on BGs, LCs, forward contracts, and banking relationships Drive risk management and insurance strategy , including claims oversight Partner with cross-functional teams for project execution, feasibility analysis, and approvals Lead commercial and legal evaluation of key contracts Maximize benefits under EPCG schemes and Duty Scrips Guide the finance team on MIS reporting, tax, and financial controls Deliver market insights and competitive analysis to leadership What We’re Looking For CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience Strong background in project finance, treasury, and compliance Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or project-led industries preferred Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills Why Join Us Opportunity to play a strategic leadership role in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.
