Institutional partnerships is a key focus area at our organisation and requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate should be dedicated and sincere towards her/his work and should always be open to learning new things.
The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals/targets would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will develop and expand our partner network across India, foster and manage key accounts and other relationships, grow demand for eyeglasses, and provide seamless stakeholder support and engagement.
The Deputy Director, Partnerships, leads our eye hospital, eyecare NGOs, and optical partnerships across India. S/he is responsible for achievement of ambitious targets and scaling demand and access to eyeglasses through eye hospitals, eye care NGOs, and optical partners. S/he will be responsible for managing the pan-India team and channel partner network.
S/he will serve as a leadership team member of the institutional partnerships vertical and will report to the Director, Partnerships. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India. What You'll DoStrategy and Achievement of GoalsAlign with the organisation's strategic plan.Set and achieve annual goals.Effectively manage the P&L and budgets.Deepen penetration in priority geographies, especially in underserved states and districts.
Partner/Channel Development and Capacity Building Build and manage a robust channel partner and distribution network across India.Expand and grow relationships with eye hospitals, eyecare NGOs, healthcare providers, and channel partners.Develop new opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of eyeglasses.Ensure training, professional education, and capacity building of partners.Catalyse the partner network to enable them to take eyeglasses to more people.Explore new channels through which eyeglasses can be efficiently taken to low-income people.Represent the organisation in forums, conferences, and sector platforms to build visibility and partnerships.
Key Account ManagementMap and manage strategic accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships to increase the demand and access to eyeglasses.Proactively identify high-potential partners, leveraging networking and referrals.Organise workshops and events to recognise high performers and share best practices.
Team Management Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing pan-India institutional partnerships team.Support recruitment, training, and career development of team members.Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and results.
Operations and Data ManagementWork with supply chain and procurement teams for accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and seamless order dispatch.Incorporate feedback from institutions into new product development and design.Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, Salesforce data management, and timely reporting.
What's RequiredMaster's degree, preferably in management.Minimum of 15 years of professional B2B and institutional experience. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, within India.Exposure of working across India.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
