YOUR DAY AS A DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

• Review treatment plans with patients following their exams and answer questions with clarity and confidence
• Clearly explain procedures, timelines, and benefits to help patients move forward comfortably
• Help patients understand the value of recommended dental care and feel confident in their decisions
• Discuss costs, insurance coverage, and flexible payment options in a patient-friendly way
• Verify patient insurance benefits with accuracy and attention to detail
• Submit pre-authorizations and guide patients through understanding their coverage

Schedule:

You'll enjoy a steady weekday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., giving you consistency, balance, and time to enjoy life outside the office.

DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of experience in dental or medical scheduling
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of industry (dentistry) terminology
• Knowledge of effective scheduling practices
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Computer proficiency, including email management knowledge and Microsoft Word
